Prices, characteristics and availability of goods:

The prices shown in the online shop are final prices excluding VAT and are only visible to registered traders.

The main features and prices of the goods are indicated for each product. 

Disputes and complaints:

In the event of any disputes arising through distance purchasing via the online shop, the parties will endeavour to resolve them amicably. In the event that no agreement is reached by both parties, the dispute between them will be resolved by the competent court of registration of the Company, in accordance with Bulgarian law. The consumer shall also have the right to refer any dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR Platform) , or to the Consumer Protection Commission.

When registering on our website we require you to provide us with the name of the business, a telephone number and a delivery address. We require this data in view of our contractual and renegotiated relationship with you in relation to the processing of orders, including the acceptance, validation, dispatch and invoicing of the same; the resolution of problems relating to order cancellations or any other problems relating to orders, purchased goods. These details are also required by law to enable you to return orders and in the case of refunds. 

The data is processed and stored on servers in Bulgaria. The data transmission connection between you and the server is fully encrypted. 

We store the order data for the duration of our relationship with you.
